The best service providers aren't always the same for everyone. At Maisons entre bonnes mains , we make sure we fully understand your needs, criteria, and expectations to find the partners who best match what you're looking for.

Research and selection of the best service providers
Maisons entre bonnes mains takes proactive work in researching the best service providers, continually expanding its network of trusted partners.
Each service provider is evaluated by detailing their services, what distinguishes them, and their strengths and weaknesses. Everything is optimized to facilitate decision-making.
We keep the client informed of the progress of the research. Good communication ensures a clear understanding of the client's needs and preferences throughout the process.

The pre-selection
After evaluating the various service providers and creating comparisons, we make a shortlist based on the client's needs and criteria. We always suggest a minimum of three providers to offer a well-informed choice.
Each client receives a fact sheet for each chosen service provider detailing their services, what distinguishes them, their strengths and weaknesses, and why we chose them in light of the needs and criteria established with the client.
The client thus has all the information to make an informed choice about the service provider that best suits them.

Choice and coordination
During a face-to-face meeting with the client, we review the selected service providers. We accompany them to answer any questions about the suggested providers (and even those not selected).
We organize the initial exploratory meeting with the chosen service provider(s) (the first meeting is included in the package). If the client is not satisfied, we continue the selection process*. If the client is satisfied, we coordinate the service delivery phase.
After a few services, we conduct a final follow-up to assess satisfaction and ensure that the choice of service provider meets the client's expectations.
*Unless there is a direct error on our part in the choice of service provider, the continuation of the selection process will be charged at the same hourly rate.
Additional services
Maisons entre bonnes mains also offers a service provider coordination service (at an additional cost). No need to communicate your needs and expectations to each provider individually: we become your single point of contact for all your needs, handling everything for you. Each week, during a meeting, we ensure we fully understand the client's needs and priorities and that the work of the providers is assigned and coordinated accordingly. We also conduct close quality control of the services provided to ensure that each provider's work consistently meets expectations and requirements.
