Most service providers operate in silos, focusing on specific areas of expertise. This leaves customers, often overwhelmed, to coordinate these services and fill in the gaps, wasting precious time. We created Maisons entre bonnes mains (Homes in Good Hands) to change this reality. Our goal is to become the essential and central element in creating an optimal and peaceful home for our clients. By managing and coordinating all the domestic services that meet their needs, our clients can have peace of mind and the simplicity of knowing we've taken care of everything. They will know that with Maisons entre bonnes mains, their home, and all the services it requires, are in expert hands.

Vision

Redefining the art of living in Quebec by becoming the benchmark in personal assistance and high-end concierge services, where excellence meets kindness and a human touch. In this home services market where everyone plays a specific role in isolation, we want to become the conductor of domestic services in Quebec, creating harmony within the domestic services sector. How? First, by filling a gap in the market: home management. Thanks to our extensive network of trusted partners, we can cover all of a family's domestic needs. If services are lacking, we aim to foster their development by supporting and integrating them into our network.

The two pillars of Maisons entre bonnes mains are the two co-owners and co-presidents, Nicolas Lavoie and Noura Chabane. Career and training managers, they bring the vision, leadership, and skills to ensure the company is a guarantee of success and quality.

They will be joined by a team of personal assistants to offer a personalized 18/7 service and to meet the demand of Quebec families for excellence at home.

Maisons entre bonnes mains also develops a network of trusted partners to cover all the needs of its clientele.

Co-president

Nicolas Lavoie

With a master's degree in administration and having completed graduate studies in information technology management, Nicolas Lavoie is a seasoned manager.

During his many years of experience as a procurement manager, he developed strategic relationships with suppliers, experience which he now uses to develop a network of trusted partners to be able to meet all of his clients' needs.

Having also had several years of experience as a project and team manager, Nicolas ensures deliverable management, rigorous monitoring of his teams and coordination skills to deliver excellence to his clients.

Co-chair

Noura Chabane

Holds a master's degree in mathematics and a mini-MBA from McGill University.

With over a decade of experience as a manager and director in software development for prestigious companies such as CAE, she is an exceptional team and project leader. Her ability to prioritize, coordinate teams, and rigorously control delivered products and services has earned her a reputation for consistently delivering excellence. It is this same excellence that she brings to Maisons entre bonnes mains.

With its software expertise, technological developments and data security are at the heart of its concerns. Maisons entre bonnes mains will not only be a coordinator of domestic services, but also a leader in innovation, offering every family excellence at home.
